The management was not only inconsiderate, but also pretentious, domineering, and toxic. Their behavior was marked by a sense of self-importance and superiority that was evident in their interactions with employees. They seem to think that their authority gave them the right be dismissive of others' opinions and feelings. Their domineering behavior was also evident in the way they micromanaged employees and exerted control over every aspect of the workplace. They didn't trust employees to make decisions or take responsibility for their work, which created a culture of fear and mistrust.
