Absolutely toxic. Stay away at all costs, it is NOT worth a paycheck

Perfect example of a toxic work environment. CEO speaks down to his employees without an ounce of respect. Awful work life balance- expect to work until 9pm, work your weekends, and work relentlessly while being berated. No career growth whatsoever. No 1on1's with your manager, no talk about where you want to be in months, years, etc. Your only focus is to be a cashcow for them and how many hours you're billing to clients BTW, all these positive reviews? Planted by the CEO. Take a look at the trends, go 2-3 pages down to see the string of negatives, nothing has improved internally to reflect the ratings. Terrible misdirection Everyone is overworked because there are not enough people to cover the workload. The turnover rate is extremely high. Rare to see anyone work there for over a year before quitting. Resulting in new hires needing to be trained constantly only for them to quit once they've had enough as well
