Pros

Young colleagues, learn a lot about the luxury real estate industry

Cons

Too clickly, The management is self-absorbed and thinks they are living in a reality tv show.

Pros

The Agency invests a lot into great parties and events- if you’re invited go and have fun! Snacks in the office are great too.

Cons

The Agency is stuck in start up mode. The staff leadership is young and inexperienced, which leads to a lot of back and forth and excessive work for low level employees. The managers are young and afraid to fight for their employees and it ends up lowering morale in the office. Most people don’t feel their work is valued.
