The parties, the people you work with, office environment

Cons

Disorganization. Disrespect and lack of communication. Drugs involved. It's a whole mess. Needs a complete reorganization of staff, style of work, and within the company overall.

People work here for the prestige of the name but there is no class here especially in Phoenix.

Cons

Working with senior management that does what they want but have high expectations of their employees. They squander money on fancy trips while the rest of the employees work for peanuts.
