Pros

well-known, growing brokerage, younger culture, entrepreneurial envirionment

Cons

phony work hard/play hard culture circa WeWork in early 2010's vibe, you need to be open to drinking the cool-aid. Company is growing too fast without the right tech or systems in place and leadership lacks a clear vision.

Pros

A place to put your license

Cons

Used to be good, now sucks. They used to care about people when it was Triplemint in NYC, now as the Agency it's a horrible place to work. They only care about multi million dollar producers. They used to provide good leads, gone now. Tech used to be great but switched this past summer now horrible.
