Pros

The leadership team at The Agency is among the best in the real estate industry. Not only do they possess expert market knowledge to help drive business, but they are also mindful of the many pillars needed to efficiently support their staff - from communication and transparency to creating opportunities for growth and collaboration. The Marketing and Creative teams are passionate and informed. Nearly all projects and campaigns are well-considered between the necessary teams and communication among colleagues is streamlined. Marketing Ops has developed a system for project management that allows teams across departments and regions to interact with one another effectively, also serving as a one-stop repository for all applicable resources. The culture can be described as positive, collaborative, and resolute. The company-wide "townhalls" are both inspiring and informative. At the local level, events are top-notch, bringing together the best people with the best energy. The majority of internal staff work remotely, but the teams are quite cohesive due to a conscientious hiring process, ensuring strong culture fits before candidates come aboard. The team truly operates together and we push one another to achieve the best results. Growth isn't just an opportunity, but inevitable.

Cons

The real estate industry can fluctuate dramatically, resulting in busy months and slow weeks. However, support is always available in the busy months - whether it means increasing the team or adjusting workflows to manage deadlines. When times are slow, the group takes a moment to research and develop alternative approaches to marketing in order to scale the business and prepare for the uptick in the market. Remote work is not for everyone, and there is a strong sense of self-sufficiency amongst all team members in every department. If you're not adept at time management and require extensive oversight, this workplace is not the right fit. Success demands resiliency, and resiliency demands tenacity.

Pros

NONE - Run its a bunch of people who try to look cool and about there image but other than one no one produces

Cons

Lets see: - Ego maniac two head people. - No one truly knows what they are doing - Over promise the less experienced brokers and way way way way underdeliver for them - The "agency family" is a JOKE - The "We are a hollywood brand" is just plain pathetic - The ra ra ra you get from the two main people is seriously what you would get out of a chuck cheese - At all times wanting to take all meetings at the clayton club means truly nothing and btw the staff at the Clayton dont like the main two managing brokers and none of the brokers in the office. - No one is truly real they are all just about there image and they are right "Hollywood Fake People" - Sell this huge dream and honestly every person complains about still waiting. - If you want to be surrounded by people trying to look cool but dont accomplish its a great place.
