Pros

A fantastic workplace with brilliant colleagues and engagement with different stakeholders for research and innovation.

Cons

Lack of management skills by those with responsibilities and also little willingness to respond to employee asks.

Pros

Depending on the department, more or less individual employees care.

Cons

- lack of strategic vision and inability to deliver on it - ongoing redundancies as a result of the former point - overall horrible senior management that is tone-deaf beyond belief - lots of talk about diversity & inclusion, but no action behind it, instead it's the usual old white male-dominated space one would expect.
