Pros

Some really great colleagues, working with people from across the U.K. and world, flexible working, interesting topics, interesting projects, freedom to shape role. Competitive salary.

Cons

I echo some of the negative comments. Really poor senior leadership - some good individuals but not joined up at all. Lack of accountability. Too much admin but also lack of process and systems that don’t join us up. No strategy (although it’s being developed now at last) which really shows. I also agree that there is a bit of group think and the EDI seems a bit tick box, especially when senior management magically get promotions that didn’t appear to be advertised anywhere…
