Pros

Environment is much better and consistent than it used to be. Leadership is much more focused and honed. They really care about the employees and want to make sure you are taken care of yourself and work/life balance. Encourage professional growth and give you ways of achieving that.

Cons

Any cons I have with the company are being worked on and moving in a good direction!
