      Absolutely zero communication from upper management, office management rarely knows what's going on (so they claim), zero appreciation for employees and the work they do, ABSOLUTELY ZERO opportunity for advancement. No direction. Letting failing lines of business take over successful lines of business. People are treated like a liability as opposed to an asset. Overly PC. No allowed to have fun. Just building up the will power to go in to the office is a full time job.

      It is a very toxic environment. Management and their consultants have no idea what they are doing. Literally the only thing they care about is cutting costs in any way, no matter how it hurts productivity. Layoffs are occurring regularly and will continue. There is zero communication. There is no transparency. Management is extremely dishonest and disingenuous. If you are here you will hate going to work every day.

      This is an extremely toxic environment, where an use and favoritism run rampant. There’s a reason this company has issues retaining talent.
