Company seems to be headed in the right direction. They have quickly developed a new marketing team who works tirelessly to make the process better and more efficient. Different departments are working to make programs better. HR has been implementing new ideas to bring the company employees closer together and create a new fun atmosphere. The company is quickly evolving and moving into new times. My boss is very flexible and understanding with work/life balance and trusts us to get our job done. I have not met one person that is impossible to work with. Everyone is ready to do what is needed to get the job done and learn from their mistakes.

Cons

It is a new company and with new leadership comes new ideas, agendas, and changes which may scare some people who are afraid of change. There is a lot of work to be done and these changes cannot happen overnight, so it can be stressful if you are not prepared for it. If you are not a team player and a negative person, you will not last long; thus, some of the bad reviews (but some of these people not being around anymore is a positive). There are kinks (as with every company), but the positive is they are actively working them out. Communication is great within various departments (positive) and some are behind and slowly evolving. All in all, it is a company worth jumping into.
