Pros

Current employee that would gladly dispute anyone who says otherwise, across any position. Where to start with this SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR... Paid Birthday, Paid Anniversary, competitive or best wage in area, excellent benefit package and cost, retirement plan matched, bonuses for achieving goals in a facility that is damn good at achieving goals, clean, thrived through pandemic, very generous paid time off, continuously growing, employee first atmosphere, senior management on a first name basis with hourly associates, internal growth considering several current leaders were once entry level employees, rewards/apparel/gifts cards during holidays or for no reason whatsoever, boot allowance for positions that require it, schedule flexibility in most positions, top workplace, essential work, frequently updated, well kept building, filled with management and leaders who truly care and not simply say it because it sounds good, and on, and on.....

Cons

There is physical labor required if you consider having to actually work, a con. It is a 24/7 operation so you may be required to work on “off” hours and holidays (which you will be paid extremely well for)

Pros

The pay is great, the benefits are good. The hours can be good at times. You pick your bid every six months so you can plan your schedule. Frank is great and can be easy to work with. Warren seems nice when you see him. They have family events throughout the year. Bonuses if you qualify for them....... You need to work extra hard to get them. But are achievable.

Cons

Don't plan to much as throughout the six months of your bid it will get changed around. They will add more stops to your route, then complain and threaten to write you up for suspension if you are late to your stores due to added stops. Seems every dispatcher is a supervisor. Lack of communication with owner. BIds are making less and less money every 6 months. They do have their favorite drivers that they cater to when they put our the bid packs and make sure they get the best runs and all the store they like and the most money bids.

Pros

Nice new facility in Lordstown ohio with a lot of new equipment

Cons

Upper management holds any and all workers down. You will NEVER excel nor exceed at this company. Pay is well below industry average. Upper management sees employees as subordinates, often making fun of them behind closed doors. Owner is an amazing person but completly has his eyes closed as to how his business is run. This is a dead end job for most people.
