Pros

Great vacation package, which begins at hire. The company is fairly good at getting back with you if you have a question or tech difficulty. There are some competent and very helpful employees who work for his company. Busy clinics, but reasonable patient load.

Cons

The application process is long, due to needed security clearance and contracting with the military. However, if you stay patient, you will get through. The biggest con is that Arora's HR is not on site or even in the same sate, so the disconnect in communication between the onsite supervisors, the contracting company, and the employees, can be frustrating and time consuming.
