Pros

They work with the DOD

Cons

They never provided an employee orientation i.e. benefits information, payroll protocol, point of contact for issue resolution. I was never provided with any type of position role/responsibilities instruction. The one RN in clinic only handled outpatient referrals. So she barely left her office and had little to no information or guidance. The other LPN had been hired only a few months prior and also reported receiving no training. The military personnel were amazing and attempted to assist but never received any kind of guidance on how to train us. The time keeping system is complicated. Requiring you submit 3-4 different documents/manually input online Kronos. If any mistakes are made they don't attempt to help but just tell you. It's your responsibility to track your own time. It's impossible to accrue PTO/sick leave. As they require you take any time accumulated if you have to miss work. Even though they have a Leave without pay protocol. Whenever there's any kind of conflict within the clinic they don't advocate for you. They just direct you to your clinic supervisor. Who often can't assist as they're authority to implement changes is limited. Finally, they make a profit that equates to 2-3 times what your salary is but they refuse to even entertain salary increases and plead poverty

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for being an important part of the mission of delivering excellent care to our nation's men and women in uniform. And thank you for the feedback. We pride ourselves on taking care of our client-site employee and appreciate you raising some of the challenges you have had. We’d be interested in learning more about the opportunities you see for us to improve. Please consider reaching out to your project manager or Jim in the corporate office. It would be great to have a conversation to get more of your thoughts and feedback and see if we can assist you in having a positive experience.
