recruiters are willing to work with you if there is an opening at a more convenient location.

Cons

- terrible, unaffordable benefits - I was made to take unpaid leave when I contracted COVID -poor work environment

Arora provides a benefits stipend of around $8,900 per year for most positions, which should more than cover insurance premiums, and we would love for you to contact our HR team so we can show you get to get the most out of that benefit. Better PTO package. Unfortunately they do not increase based on years with the company.
