Good salary, flexible schedules, location.

Cons

No future. The newspaper industry (print) is going away and in deep decline. Shared services are happening all over and there is just more work for those that stay.

May salary and commission were good. For many years, the products were in great demand, so it was exciting to sell. It was a "family" away from family AJC had a strong and trusted brand in Atlanta

Cons

So many organizational changes. Revenue declines made the industry very challending

Good new senior leadership with a clear vision and strategy. (Recently) have made some significant changes in listening to employees and customers.

Cons

Dying industry. Going to need to evolve even more to keep themselves relevant. Very conservititve and slow to adapt.
