Pros

Great team to work with, very supportive and encouraging on all levels.

Cons

Not your typical corporate environment. Rules are legalistic and petty at times.

Pros

Christian organization, great to work with the foster kids and help them find homes and forever families. Working with the foster parents is great as well, getting to know them and help them is rewarding.

Cons

Working for a non-profit agency doesn't pay enough for the work that is expected of you. Corporate doesn't see the need for new staff as quickly as they should so people get overworked and underpaid then burned out quickly.
