      Great Place to Work, High Energy, Great Colleagues

      Pros

      BKS Partners is a great place for motivated Type-A colleagues. Our Jacksonville Office joined BKS through a partnership in August of 2018. While our firm has grown significantly since then, we still have a relatively flat organization where Senior Leadership is accessible. We have an intentional culture and it's clear the firm cares about it's employees and communities we serve. Great communication and transparency.

      Not any real cons that I can think of.

      Bloaded Mid Managment

      Pros

      Has good benefits and great account managers that work really hard to get the job done.

      Cons

      Not hiring enough AM, AM assistants to handle the workload, but hired so many bad mid-level managers that are micro-managing on everything such as you cannot talk to anyone for more than 3 minutes. No raises for 5 years even when the company profit grows 30% year over year.

      Everyone not involved in sales is nice.

      Cons

      Favoritism, ageism, no career development. Middle management is overwhelmed with simple tasks, and their frustration and lack of professionalism is taken out on those around them.
