They're very flexible with remote work, but it's at a price.

Cons

Resources/Specialty Teams are short staffed, not running how they should. Time over time this causes bottlenecks in your timelines, resulting in less than stellar service. They're growing, growing, growing, but the workforce is not keeping up... lack of accountability, and support is causing burnout among some of the best.
