Pros

Benefits, Hybrid Workforce, Pay, Unlimited PTO (with restrictions).

Cons

BKS is known for working their employees to death. Work/Life balance is non-existent. Producers are disrespectful and demeaning to service team members and it is allowed by Senior Leadership. Some Client Exp Leader have minimum experience managing large teams and resort to micromanaging the employees. In return the turnaround is very high.
