      - Fun colleagues, exciting work

      - Compensation is below market - Associates are asked to take on a lot despite minimum wage compensation with no prospect for increase - Upper management constantly changes initiatives depending on which way the wind is blowing and what the CEO is emphasizing this week - No one will contradict the CEO out of fear - teams are led by fear based tactics - Expected to work 6-7 days a week with promise of equity at some point, company has full control over whether or not you receive that equity

      The biggest red flag at this company is the leadership—specifically the CEO. There is a profound lack of transparency and a culture of constant dishonesty that makes it impossible to trust anything coming from the top. The leadership style is dictated by ego rather than data or common sense. Instead of taking accountability for mistakes, the CEO reacts with extreme fragility to any form of feedback, leading to a "yes-man" culture where the truth is buried to protect one person's feelings. This isn't just a personality issue; it's a massive business risk. You cannot rely on a company where the person at the helm prioritizes their own ego over honesty and professional results. Avoid this place until they find a leader who values the truth more than their own image.

      Pros

      Gorgeous property and a lot of amenities for families. Has a lot of potential to hire great people and have a great product for members.

      Cons

      Their culture is the most toxic I have ever been part of. They do not take care of their team members nor their members. Very unfortunate
