Do NOT recommend working here...

Pros

Can't really think of any honestly. You get a free membership which is ok I guess but if you are working there full-time especially in the corporate office I don't know when you'd have the time to use it.

Cons

- No company culture. 10+ hour work days w/ very little recognition or reward. - Low pay - Company is growing a ton but not matching it with enough support for employees - Upper management seems to care more about expansion than the morale of the work place and the happiness of their employees - Very much "who to blame" culture - they like to finger point when something goes wrong instead of coming up with an organized, positive process on how to move forward.

Pros

- High profile projects given to any designer on the team, no matter the level (excellent for portfolios) - Access to club amenities

Cons

- The lowest salary in SF - Lies and lack of transparency - All designers are treated as equals and no one is recognized for amazing efforts - meetings are schedule and dropped without explanation - managers don't understand the importance of analytics, and make decisions based on their personal taste - money is thrown around on marketing efforts that will never see any ROI - I was told I had to work 9-6 even if I didn't take a lunch break
