Free gym access to some of the nicest properties in the bay area.

Cons

Club operations and quality very different from location to location. Some clubs are brand new and nice while others are falling apart. Emails to employees at my location were sporadic and cryptic. I don't think all the desk workers know closing or opening duties, so good luck if there's an emergency. Managers do a lot of overtime and other people like yoga teachers, personal trainers, and massage therapists don't make a lot of money compared to other places. Management has never had my back with rude or creepy members. They've turned a blind eye to really horrible behavior, even when it's between members and they should do something about it. This is a good part-time gig but don't try to make a career out of this place. Never met an executive. Open positions in corporate office rarely advertised to people that work in the clubs.

- Manager cut all shifts & hired WAY too many people (most people only have 1 shifts per week) - Minimum wage pay with no pay raise (despite me working there for 3+ years)
