Cons

Horribly managed All they care about is money Makes no improvements and over promised memebers Refuses to pay employees over time. Will give you an extra day off and wait till next pay period to put in on your next check CEO is money hungry

There are good people to work (/suffer together) with.

Cons

High stress. Upper management is disorganized. Incredibly high turnover in entry level positions due to poor wages and over working good associates.
