      Pros

      Everyone that works at Bay club has skin in the game. Bosses have high expectations but are fair. End of month is always an all hands on deck experience but any health club that is successful lives by this rhythm.

      Cons

      I adore working at the Bay Club! I came here 6 months ago from Life Time Fitness - which is a midwestern mentality-based health club chain and Bay Clubs is head and shoulders above all of their competitors.

      Pros

      Great people on staff, great clientele. A lot of career development and opportunities. I will work here another 25 years till it’s time to retire.

      Cons

      To be totally honest, I have 0 cons, love the company and will never leave. Strong leadership team that continues to help the team grow.

      Pros

      Somedays I can't believe I get paid to do this. I get to be creative, inspiring, passionate... I get to support & motivate personal trainers who support and motivate our members. I get to create systems that work & share them with others. The company is completely transparent & provides opportunities for ownership. It's rare to love what you do & earn enough to take care of your family in the process. I'm blessed.

      Cons

      Working at The Bay Club is the hardest job I have ever had, but also the most fun! Expect to work until the job is done.
