Pros

Great workout benefits and use of facilities; Great people to work with; Relatively busy office, though it can fluctuate; super easy going about not sitting and waiting for clients - if it isn’t busy, you can hang out anywhere nearby as long as you can be back in the office for last minute bookings within a few minutes and stay alert on your cell.

Cons

Not great pay; not always booked and you only make descent money when you have clients; expects you to drum up business from members by sometimes promoting with mini facials/massages in lobby or locker room without proper pay; lousy benefits like healthcare. 401K was only available for full time employees...most CMTs are part time.
