Pros
High end clientele hospitality experience
Cons
This company is more focused on their money than their employees and member well-being. First, member and employees ask for diversity in their advertisements and marketing only to receive no response. They want to reinforce white supremacy and have as little people of color in their marketing. For every group you'll see one asian or black person, if that. After the friction of lack of diversity, you can see that majority of the marketing is now building and architecture. This is also seen in their staffing anywhere that isn't housekeeping if you know what I mean. So don't expect a career for this company if you aren't white. While you won't hear any racism to your face this club enforces the "high clientele" "rich people " ideal. And don't worry, they will work you as much as possible for as little as possible.
