I feel the company could better communicate to associates when advancement opportunities or job openings become available. It seems some people are just installed into a new job position, without the position being opened for applications by interested associates. For a company that states that inclusion is a priority, this methodology of filling job positions reeks of favoritism and exclusion. It's likely that many qualified individuals are left in the dark, and not given the opportunity to grow with this company.
