      Leadership lacks the ability to communicating what is needed to be efficient and effective in creating an atmosphere or growth and progress. Leadership lacks the ability to allow employess to function in a way that creates an atmosphere of growth. Leadership lacks the ability to provide adequate protocol and communication that allows workers to feel safe and supported when supporting children with difficult behavior. Leadership lacks the ability to address and resolve conflict between employees.
