Pros

The people we serve deserve better!

Cons

The leadership at the top is ALL-WHITE and nearly ALL-MALE. The population we serve is almost all non-white. Leadership has been questioned about this numerous times, but make no changes. The only reason 1/2 the people stick around is because they are (a) Christian and (b) committed to those they serve. But they are blinded to the reality that the CEO at the center is at the heart of the problem. CEO is clueless about anything but fundraising, and the board doesn't care because they are padding their resumes. They have no clue what the work actually involves, but they see numbers up and to the right so they don't care. Go to work for a REAL NON-PROFIT like I did.
