      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly mission driven and brilliant. Leadership is ok, but environment is very dependent on department. Great place to launch a career.

      Cons

      Current funding and science climate is rough.

      Pros

      Good mission, decent pay for a non-profit

      Cons

      The community isn't what it once was. It feels disjointed. Leadership appears weak and spineless, which muddles the mission and translates to a lack of inspiration. It was a better place when Eric and the last generation of leadership were running things

      Pros

      The benefits and work/life balance was always very good. The direct management was always very polite and cared about their employees. Working for an organization that further genomics and cancer research was very rewarding.

      Cons

      At times engineers can get too caught up with new technology instead of solving problems that need attention.
