The company does focus on its people and the team is extremely supportive of one another. Work-life balance is great; very understanding. Telework and hybrid available.

Pros

By far the best company I have worked with in my 30+ year career. I deliberately use the word "with" as opposed to "for" because at TBP it is a true team mentality where we work "together". We do our best for the betterment of the company and the team.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, it has become increasingly difficult to have regular engagements with the broader team. The ability to cultivate relationships and build a very positive culture has been facilitated by these interactions and we will need to adapt to the ever growing environment to maintain these connections.
