The Building People is truly a great company. Everyone I spoke to throughout the onboarding process were so friendly and welcoming.

I love my Company

Pros

The work is so interesting, the benefits are great, salaries are competitive and the people are amazing. I can have a one on one meeting with the President/CEO anytime and he knows my name and remembers things I told him about myself and family. The company sees you as a human being not just another employee. I came from a company where the President/CEO wouldnt even notice you if they saw you in the kitchen. At The Building People, everyone is family.
