Los beneficios de trabajar en CCS es el staff que da la milla extra para ayudarte en cualquier duda o inconveniente que tengas. Me encantan los perks que ofrece la compañia..como el beneficio del gimnacion de golds gym y valentinos.

Cons

El unico con que tengo con la compañia es el con el departamento de departamento. Considero que el departamento de entranamiento tiene areas de mejora en las estrategias utilizadas para impartir las clases. Debido a experiencias de primera y segunda mano, he identificado que los entrenadores asignados a mi linea de negocios requiren exposicion adicional a los procesos manejados en operaciones en conjunto con practicas periodicas con el material en vivo. Al no tener esta exposicion se pueden transmitir conceptos erróneos o confusos a asociados que esten siendo capacitados por primera vez, lo cual extiende el proceso de adaptacion y el desarollo de aptitudes para realizar un trabajo optimo. Los asociados sienten que no están aprendiendo nada útil y puede generar incomodidad o desinteres durante entrenamiento. Si el entrenamiento fue inefectivo, se tiene que volver a "repetir" en el piso por el supervisor de operaciones o el coach, lo que implica doble esfuerzo y utilizacion de recursos, además de corregir errores previos.
