Pros

The LPNs on the second shift really care about the residents. I was a new nurse when I started and my coworkers were very helpful.

Cons

Management did not help as much as they should have. There were times when we ran out of essential supplies, such as gloves and wipes, and management would take two weeks or more to order more items so that they were within budget so THEY could qualify for a BIGGER bonus.

Pros

The people, more specifically the ones who work the floor. Flexible hours Benefits are pretty good Some of the Directors and the GM are nice

Cons

Clueless sales managers and other directors are pretty bad. There is an immaturity that with management that leads to workplace conflicts and unneeded stress. There have been many instances when we have been given poor information and then had blame placed on us for not knowing something that was never mentioned. Also a complete absence of logic when it comes to planning.
