Great hospitality company, good food when available and discounts at other resort locations

Cons

Inconsistent wages make it tough to predict income. Lower level management can be out of touch with their front end staff

good co-workers, it appeared to be easy to switch to other positions in the hotel if management liked you

Cons

long shifts, some weeks you may be scheduled for lots of hours and some weeks you may be scheduled for hardly any so the income is very variable. best as a part-time job for supplemental income.

Pros

The Inn looks out for your best interests. If you want to change jobs within the hotel (which I did) go right ahead...it is perfect for students trying to find the right fit.

Cons

Hard to "move up" in the hospitality industry, and increase salary.
