Expectations are very vague and inconsistent. What should be a fun job isn't because of the manager relentlessness in spreading negatively.

The owner himself is a good guy and I loved my coworkers

Cons

The management is garbage. So many managers will show up late then not work, just take personal calls for hours and don’t help you. Unless you already know everything about flooring, don’t work here. They won’t help try to train you, and one manager here will make you feel bad if you have questions.
