It is amazing the growth made in this company and the way everyone works together. This company truly treats their employees like family.

As with most companies right now, it is hard to find new staff to keep up with the increased business.

The owner is very involved and clearly cares a lot about the employees and their families. He even takes good care of the outside contractors who did business with us. A few weeks ago he took 20+ of our contractors on a cruise to the Bahamas. He also took the entire 100+ people at the company, and their entire families and kids to cedar point for father's day weekend. He covered the rooms, the food and even the park passes for everybody to ride all the rides. I think we had over 350 people that he paid for in total. The owner appreciates hard work and he defiantly gave a lot back to all of us.
