      Pros

      Supportive co-workers and interactive work environment, that allows for fulfilling work days. The chefs were helpful in training and gave a helping hand during busy shifts. And they allowed for a flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely exhausting work days with fairly low wages for the amount of work done. The promises for advancement and raises were not followed up on. No 30 or 60 day review and poor talent development.
