Pros

The absolute best things I gained from this company were great friends. I learned what not to do in business from the poor and potential ethics violations I saw across the board at this company.

Cons

Theres zero room for growth. Rotating door of managers, directors and VPs. The benefits are terrible, you'll pay alot but somehow still have high deductibles.

Pros

Summer hours from Memorial Day through Labor Day, competitive salary, never a dull moment. Some people definitely care more than others, and work hard.

Cons

Long hours, poor work/life balance, unsupportive managers. High turnover means lack of clarity in roles, and too many new executives trying to put their own stamp on the business. Definite favoritism, and if you don't drink the KoolAid, you're out. Absolutely toxic environment, and they try to hide it behind shallow "culture building" events.

Pros

Zero. Actually, that isn't 100% true, I learned how to be a better manager, mentor, and leader, purely based on doing the opposite of the horrific examples/behaviors I witnessed every day that I was employed at this company.

Cons

Jane is not a leader. She is a master manipulator. She is savvy when it comes to analysts, how to speak to wall street and the board. I am not certain how much time she has left, but I hope for the sanity of the folks left at the company, it is soon. This company places little value in talent, does nothing to foster potential, encourage growth. It really is quite sad.
