Pros

Friendly leaders and coworkers. Great secondary benefits like paid caregiver leave and 100% salary coverage for short term disability. Good amount of PTO. A lot of autonomy.

Cons

Lack of discussions on career paths. Health insurance could be better considering Cigna’s core products. Sometimes the work is overwhelming. RTO strategy being implemented.

- good opportunities for technical projects - fully remote

Cons

- difficult to get promoted and have a wider organizational impact - lots of unnecessary bureaucracy and politics - management does little to hold lazy employees accountable - work/life balance could be better
