The training doesn't give you but a pinch of what to expect, pay should be more. They literally hung in the balance of thinking of making positions hired remotely to come in office before for now, saying remote will remain for those who have a job to meet the remote option. They don't tell you that you are expected to basically work year round because during the holidays they give you... They force you to volunteer for nearly all but 1... So, if you love holidays off surprise you're volunteering to work them minimum 4 hours! The departments (agents) have no idea what they're doing they pass around calls and avoid calls even if it is their department. The training lacks because it's not long enough and a department should know everything they handle and have the basics...Some sups are extremely lazy, not at but quite a few and there are some that try to micromanage I've witnessed it... Terrible. There's not enough people because they keep leaving and I don't blame them, the customers are downright frustrating, rude and sometimes it's valid, there is always something going wrong. There is also not enough support in each department and there is favoritism at times. Given the chance I will absolutely explore my options. Promotes work/life balance but it's anything but! There are surveys that if the customer doesn't like the company as a whole it falls in you and that's taken into account which messes with your performance. That shouldn't be included on the agent.
