Pros

THE WORST TRAINING OF MY LIFE! There's no hands-on learning since you could leave a footprint on a account. Trainers were dismissive specially Kim T. The expectations they have are unrealistic, they expected you do live calls within a month of training even though you have no experience with the software. They also keep mentioning we have it easier since were working from home so we have access to the learning material at all times.

Cons

Good benefits and decent pay.
