Lies were told during the interview process. Micro management is quickly increasing. Bonuses and Raises are saved for the select managers favorites. Management does not listen or care about the moral, which has been rapidly declining over the past few years. Employees are continually told by managers that if they do not like something they can be demoted to a different position.
