Pros

- You are off weekends - 410k

Cons

- Short 3 week trainings - Micro-management - Blatant racial prejudice against non-white associates - Mandatory overtime, and if you don’t work it you may be terminated. They don’t care about your parental duties, but management sure cares about theirs. - On call chat assistance is glitchy and slow - We have very little twining for the heavy and complicated case load we take on. - Very low compensation for such complication and sensitive work - Metrics are unreachable due to the lack of training
