Pros
Friendly staff and great, supportive management. Very good training offered for different aspects of role. Strong health insurance benefits as well as dental insurance benefits.
Cons
Call centre work always highly stressful and feeling of being "under constant surveillance". Callers frequently angry and agitated. Not enough staff to properly cover workload. Mandatory overtime sometimes expected - "guilted" into performing it.
