Pros

Ok Pay, great benefits. They have something called CIGNA university where you can take courses that can help you get into other departments.

Cons

Ridiculous dress code for a call center, employees should be able to wear jeans and shirts. Call time requirements are too restricting, you can't actually provide customer service, you can just get customers off the phone asap without helping them.

Pros

Job security, does provide flex work hours, has a covered parking garage, central location, easy to get to from home.

Cons

Very high stress, case loads are too hight. Hard work does not guarantee good compensations or promotions. Micro management, not a place you can think out side of the box.
