      A company that is making its way into the twenty-first century

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with talented staff. A collaborative environment amongst peers. Nice work station accommodations. Good benefits and competitive compensation.

      Cons

      They are definitely behind the technology curve. But they are making efforts to catch up. There is resistance in abandoning old practices/processes and wholly adopting new ones.

      Pros

      I was working in a good team, with good people around me and faced some nice challenges that gave me pleasure and job satisfaction. Decent benefits as well.

      Cons

      Management structure and lack of focus made it extremely difficult to be able to set your career and grow professionally and also gain knowledge an dexpertise in a n area that you wanted to specialize in or pursue further as you got assigned from 1 project to another based on demand.

      Pros

      Provides very good flexibility for life-work balance: Good time off, flexible schedules, ability to take off for child care, etc., increasing work-at-home opportunities. Good support in doing the job, information and help readily available, opportunity for good social interaction.

      Cons

      Very political work environment, below-average (and high-cost) medical benefits, a few ethically questionable practices. Turnover of new hires in recent years seems high. Supervisors judged on results, interpersonal skills very secondary consideration. Significant recent cost-cutting, salary freezes, although may not be out of line with economy.
