Woke company

Pros

The management I was fortunate to be under was great. There are small but some growth potentials. If you're tactful and good at what you do, you can make your own opportunities.

Cons

Growth is minimal. Once you climb to a certain point you hit a wall and have no choice but to stay and accept it or leave to another department/other company. Company pushes woke propaganda on their employees and forces you to comply with absurd mandatory training. Company couldn't care less about their talent retention. Depending on what department you're in, the budget is absurdly under what it needs to be. Functions are broken and stay that way forcing teams to take on heavier work loads with productions metrics that are nearly impossible creating a very stressful environment. The company will put hire freezes on, even after people leave and the teams are under staffed and improperly managed because they don't have enough employers or managers/ supervisors due to the freezes. Extremely frustrating to work for. This company priorizes woke agendas over employee moral, leadership and department funding. Also, depending on what department you're in, salaries are a disgrace.
