      Pros

      Still get 1 day a week work from home and flexible up to two weeks at a time if approved by manager.

      Cons

      Many people hired 50/50 hybrid with no disclosure for subject to change. Many took position specifically for this type of work and drive long distances or gave up positions making more money or closer to home for hybrid work.

      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing, and some of the leads really care about the people in the teams

      Cons

      Managers are untrustworthy and lie, CEO is condescending, benefits are awful, hybrid is being removed for no clear reason. Policies, systems, and ideas are outdated and not thinking about forward movement. There is a continuous push to return to "pre-covid" ways when the world is vastly different than nearly 6 years ago
